Jimmy Fallon sure knows how to play on the nostalgia of pop culture. He’s had Zack Morris, the cast of California Dreams and now a second Full House reunion. The three men who raised a trio of delightful girls made an unforgettable appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to ease the worried host about heading to The Tonight Show.
Yes, Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and everyone’s favorite uncle John Stamos appeared in full Full House getup in a skit that was complete with a pencil leg kid’s bed and Stamos’ signature mullet. If you grew up on that show, there was no point in which you didn’t squeal at how awesome the whole bit was.
The guys made Fallon feel better with words of encouragement, a song, a “cut it out,” and even a visit from Coulier’s puppet buddy Mr. Woodchuck.
Remember, this isn’t the first time Fallon’s had a Full House reunion. Back in July he had Stamos’ Jesse and the Rippers perform. His own TV wife Lori Loughlin even showed up to support her on screen hubby. If Fallon can pull of these gems on Late Night, imagine what he’s got in store for The Tonight Show when he officially takes over on February 17.
Fallon aside, the Full House guys have been on a nonstop promotional kick together. They’ve got a Super Bowl ad, did a Reddit Q&A and even photobombed Rihanna. In case you missed it, you can watch their Late Night bit below.
